A merchant was ready to launch her custom-designed store but was met with a series of critical technical failures. - Design Integrity: Fixed CSS and JavaScript conflicts that were preventing the high-end design elements from functioning as intended.
- Effective Communication: Provided the merchant with a single, clear point of contact, providing technical transparency without the jargon.
